However bad it looks with Fergie the nine-year-old Freelander, the boys at this garage never patronise or confuse me. Well, they do tease me a bit, but normally because of the mucky state of the car. Seriously, they are always clear and courteous, and never to my knowledge have they added in "extras" that are not completely necessary. Their service puts every main dealer I have ever had contact with to shame.
